Anne Butorac, Ann Zubrick and Jane Figgis are the Re-vision Team.
Our backgrounds are very different: one inorganic chemist who became a radio broadcaster; one developmental psychologist who became an academic 'builder of new departments'; one anthropologist who became a leading schools educator.
The three of us started working together in 1998 in AAAJ Consulting Group. It has been a very successful partnership. Our diversity turns out to deliver a superb and complementary array of talents.
The idea for Re-vision came as we thought about our own experience in leaving traditional jobs when we were in our fifties. We reinvented the way we worked. We saw many others doing the same thing, but we could see that some support across that transition would help.
We bring an exceptional range of skill and understanding to Re-vision. But what people comment most about us is the deep and infectious pleasure we bring to our workshops and even to our research and writing. We think it's because we love what we're doing.
