Workshop: clearness and
clarity
This workshop models and teaches a process to gain clarity on the issues and dilemmas surrounding the management of older workers: to cherish, relinquish or something in-between. Being clear and correct about the question or dilemma is often the secret of resolving it.
'Clearness' is a well-defined and disciplined process that can be an exceedingly satisfying experience in its own right. At its heart is the rule that participants in the process can only ask honest questions. That means:
NO presuming solutions NO advice NO 'why don't you…?' NO 'I know a similar case…'
Nothing is allowed except honest, probing, challenging, engaging, caring questions.
And silence.
Extremely effective. Extremely surprising. Well worth trying.
